Anyway, I've been doing NEW for about a month now. I'm taking it slow. I'm making sure I spend LOTS of time on my feet and hands and lots of energy bounces and working on blocks. I only started in on my base primary center a few days ago and I'm not thinking of moving much past that for a bit more yet.

I had a very strange experience the other night and I wanted to post about it to see if anyone had heard anything like it or if I'm just crazy. I was in a parking lot with my boyfriend. We were waiting for some friends at a bowling alley, and they were being extremely pokey. The median in the parking lot was made of crushed granite rocks and the texture looked neat so I took off my shoe and starting feeling the rocks with my toes and feet. After a little bit of that, concentrating on how it felt because I liked it, I could feel my energy centers down there activate and I swear I could taste the rock. At first I thought I was just imagining it, but it got stronger. Being the kind of weird person I am, I knew what I had to do. I reached down, picked one of them up and licked it. Sure enough, that's what it tasted like.

Has anyone ever heard of that happening before?

Well, I didn't want to answer because it really wasn't like it. When I was a kid I went through the wall (concrete) and as I was going through it, I could feel the little rocks and stuff. But there was a slight 'taste' impression. Even though I didn't taste it with my mouth, I then 'knew' what it tasted like.

I remember that Robert Bruce says something like that in his books. He advices to "taste" the different energy types when you practice in different places, such as: churches, beaches, nature, city, and so on.

You are very lucky to have developed such ability. I'm very good in doing feet-energy absorption, but I've not tasted anything special from one place to other. In my case it is more "tactile", and I feel an inner massage which "feels" electrical and expanding.

LOL I dunno how lucky I feel tasting the stuff I walk on. I'm glad it's not on all the time or I'd walk around tasting my shoes.
