I´ve began my OBE training again and my plan is to read through the MAP book.
I got into the trance state again last night, and I know it is probably too soon to project but It felt like I was close so do you have any pointers?. I felt like I was dragged out from the bed to the end of the room, what do you recomend me to do while I´m in this state, should I try to exit?. When I try to do the rope method my relaxation state breaks down. /magic |

I felt like I was dragged out from the bed to the end of the room, what do you recomend me to do while I´m in this state, should I try to exit?. If you're in the end of the room you already exited. Try to go somewhere else by looking at something far from your body and floating there. When I try to do the rope method my relaxation state breaks down. /magic Then you're not waiting long enough to start rope, or you're giving up too soon. Rope is best while under trance. And if you do rope after exit, you're returning your attention to your body, and making yourself come back again. Rope is an exit technique but if you're out already there's no point in doing it. |

![]() Yeah, just meant, that judging by how far I´ve read in the book I´m maybe not ready to exit. I don´t think I was out, I just felt like my regular body was stretched out like I was getting bigger or the room getting smaller, so no exit since the vibrations hadn´t started yet, just the energy body expanding or an inner projection perhaps... Think I need to pratice more of being in trance and to be comfortable while in that state. /magic |
