I really don't know how to say this. For the past few days...I sometimes feel like...I'm not looking with my physical eyes...but with different eyes. For example, today in school, I was sittin on my chair taking some test and it's as if my actual eyes were moved 6 inches to the left while my body, my actual eyes, stayed there. And then there was another time where my vision sort of went all lopsided. Like I kind of went 'up and away' from what I was looking at. I've never been dizzy before. Never. No rollercoaster ride that I've ever ridden has made me dizzy...So I don't know what to make of all of this...
And is there any way to induce sleep paralysis...yea sounds stupid...but it seems it might be the only way to get me out of my body...I can never exit... |

Hello, bgrimm.
You are not going crazy. You are, however, ungrounded. Dizziness, feelings of being spaced out, running out of phase during the day, spontaneous trancing and many other phenomena can happen in association with ungroundedness. It might be a good idea to stop energy work for a while and see if the symptoms abate. Feel more present in your physical body, engage in physical activities, eat, do sports, exercise. Touch your hands to the crown, then let them slide down the front of your body, over your third eye, face, throat, chest down to your abdomen, until you are about one third the way from your navel to your pubic area. You might want to practice dropping all your energy into the ground. Start above your head and move your awareness slowly along and through your body until you arrive below your feet. Stay there. Possibly repeat. Have the intent of removing ungrounded energy. You might also want to visualise growing strong roots from your feet into the ground and filtering out ungrounded energies through them into the ground. If you are developing the chakras, stick to the secondary circuit more and the lower chakras - base and navel. You might also want to read AD-Pedia on the topic of grounding. Take good care, Oliver |

Wow! I thought for sure there was something wrong with me. But seeing as how there are so many possible things, I shouldnt've been surprised to find a logical answer to my questions. lol
well, the thing is...I don't practice my energy everyday. Maybe I just have a lot of energy stored away....I guess. The thing is...whenever i try to project...which is mostly every couple days...just to see if it will work, I never am able to exit. I get so close. So maybe because I don't ever project, I keep all that energy time and time again...so... I will definitely practice the grounding process of what you explained. Thanks a lot for your help. Oh...and lately, I've been waking about 30 minutes everyday before I really have to wake up for school and when i get back into my bed..I think..I want vibrations..and within 10 seconds, I start vibrating all over my body. but seeing as how I don't want to project..I make them stop. Is this a bad process...do you think I might train my body not to project after I get vibrations...im just curious.. Thanks again for your help, Korpo!!!!! -Brian |
