A couple of nights ago i had been on the forums,and read a bit of advice about asking for your guide to come to you,for protection when going out of body.
so the next morning when i woke i decided to try it out.at this point i hadn't had a conscious OBE yet,only spontaneous ones.
so i did a little raising of that good old universal energy,asking for the highest/lightest guide to look after me.
I soon went into a lucid dream,in which i was about to fall off a seat.instead of stopping myself from falling i thought"this is a dream so i should just fall and see what happens"
as i fell,at the point where my head would've hit the ground,my physical head did a little jerk-like it had actually hit the ground.
immediately the dream dissapeared,and i started recieving images-rapidly changing..i saw an owl turn into a wolf,amongst other things i don't quite remember.then all of a sudden my whole upper body was floating free!!what a delightful feeling that is eh??!
my legs were vibrating,and i knew i was close to getting fully "out".
then in my right ear i heard a soft female's voice whisper"wake up Neil,wake up"
i tried to ask her to help me out,but i got so excited that the vibrations died away and i returned to consciousness in my bed.

i decided to try again but couldn't relax enough-i was so excited by the whole experience.after a short while i decided to forget about it and go back to sleep for a bit.
as soon as i rolled over onto my side and closed my eyes,i felt a presence in my room with me.i could feel her walk round my bed,and lean over me,when again the same voice whispered "wake up neil".the vibrations started again and i once again tried to communicate with her,and again the vibrations stopped..

this was the second time i've asked for a guide,and the second time one has come.
it's the first time i've had anything so close to a conscious exit tho,so i'm very excited now.

good on ya!!! i have never had an experience with any sort of 'guide' or anything like that... (and i have had hundreds of SpontOBE's) maybe i should try asking... ask and ye shall recieve, right??? I do believe that I have some sort of teachers somewhere over my shoulder maybe... but mainly in lucid dreams... never in OBE... I have a pretty solid fear/panic reflex... i am so afraid of Negs/ET's that as soon as i become vaguely aware of another person or entity,,, its back to the body to 'vibe' it out...

yeah it was the most comforting,warm,friendly voice i'd ever heard,to be honest.
such a good experience.
definitely ask.
