I tried projecting last night...still no dice...

but...just like the other night i felt vibrations on the back of my head and along my neck...but the other night was more intense...last night, it was really slow. it was as if somebody was just massaging the back of my head...and no matter how hard i tried...the vibrations wouldn't get any faster...and im having more trouble getting the vibrations.

it seems that all i get is like a pulsing...my entire body just pulses...really slowly.


another thing...my friend projected to my energy body and just studied it, trying to figure out why he couldnt pull me out. and last time he got pulled away and found those rings on his physical body's arms. so he just studied it. he said that he sees the most energy in my legs and feet but that it was dispersed in a more balanced way throughout my body (which is good!). but he said he didnt see a silver cord. Now, can you only see the silver cord if you project...or is it always there....??

i have never noticed a silver cord, but most do... energy body work.... keep at it... eventually it will take on a life of its own....
