Hello
![]() I've been practicing AP for 3 weeks now. I have a friend who is also interested in AP; he is the person who introduced all of this to me. He started about a week before I did. He doesn't do anything with his energy and really doesn't practice anything. He puts himself into a trance and projects...the lucky son of a gun. Two times that he has projected he has asked his "guide" to take him to me. So, as he tells me, on his first projection to get me out of my body, he failed. He told me that spent three hours trying to pull me out. He saw that my energy body was orange red and that when he tried to pull me out, I wouldn't budge. He told me that he jumped on me and hit me a few times (lol). On the 2nd attempt to free me, when he was going to go and grab for my body in order to pull me out, he said that something grabbed his ankle and pulled him down layer upon layer of many different floors or materials or w/e. He said that he felt that his silver cord almost snapped and when he woke up he had a whole bunch of red rings on his arms, perfectly spaced next to each other. I don't understand why he wasn't able to pull me out of my body, why he can project so easily, and why some evil demon creature was able to hurt my friend's physical body when he was in the astral plane. If he wanted to pull me out of my body, at least attempt to, would he need to be in the "real time zone" or could he do it from the "astral plane"? -Brian |

I havent projected yet but as far as i know they cant actually pull you out of your body from the astral plane. They can help but not actually do it.
Idk about the demon but RB has said that if attacked you can wake up with physical scars, bruises, etc. on your actual body. And some people have a more natural ability than others. I think its that they have more active chakras or something. Idk about that tho. Like i said i havent projected but i did some reasearch and thats wat i heard. |

I got the meditating thing down pretty good. What i do is sit in an armchair (a comfortable one) bare foot and just do the breath awareness technique while bringing energy to the chakras. Thats usually not enough tho so i try to bring energy to every part of my bodyafter that. Let it flow throught and try to feel it at your fingers. By then im usually pretty good and almost in a trance.

hmmm...well, whenever i do all of the energy techniques, I often think of nothing and I guess i do get in a sort of trance...but sometimes I find myself drifting, as in I start to dream or have little dreams and realize what im doin and get back to consciousness. so my mind is so disobedient! lol. but i understand what you're saying.

that makes sense. after I work on my energy and try to trance myself, i usually fall asleep...ill fall asleep for 10 minutes and wake up with major vibrations. its weird...there was one time where i thought that it was my actualy body moving because i felt like i was moving witht he vibrations like a quick rocking forward and back, forward 3 inches and backwards 3 inches...does that mean i was close to an OBE?

Hello I don't think where you are is what matters, since you're in all these areas simultaneously, where your consciousness is attuned to is what matters. So if you're fully entrenched in the physical, and he's in the RTZ, he won't be able to pull you out- you have to be focused in the same plane or focus. Imagine this- you get out of your body, go through the wall, end up in another room. The reason that you went through the wall is because your energy body is not occupying the same 'space', or not at the same phase relationship (or density, or whatever you want to call it, nonphysical stuff is hard to label, lol.) so the same can be about your projected energy body- one can be attuned to the RTZ, the other slightly 'off', to where you can still perceive each other, but not necessarily interact. Second: We, as human beings, have a lot of beliefs, and those practically shape our reality. We also have preconceived notions as to what is 'ours', our 'territory', our 'space', etc. Many projectors, (including me) when we go into someone else's house (apt, space) often find we are attacked- IMO these are unconsciously placed protections around our space. Even though you and your friend talked about doing this, it's possible that you have a strong protective presence that saw him as dangerous and protected you from him. Maybe the way he went about it got him an astral buttkicking. I really doubt it was a negative entity, those don't usually protect anyone. Unless it's a guardian demon, but that's a whole different kettle of fish. There are all kinds of reasons for the difference in 'ability'- but frankly, three weeks is not that long for having started out. If you have never done it (that you know of, of course) then there's a lot of subconscious programming to get over, much different than someone who occassionally wakes up out. In the second instance there's not so much work changing preconceptions, 'cause when you've done it you know it can be done. So it's more than learning a technique, and teaching yourself (or being taught) to get there. There's a lot of programming, sometimes subconscious to get over, so the training sticks. I do think that sleep habits (or rather sleeping styles) have to do with natural OBE ability- some people just trance easier than others, some people stay aware longer as they fall asleep, and some people are asleep the second their face hits the pillow. So if you're one of those, all that has to be taken into consideration too. Well, I hope this wasn't too long and boring....that it didn't put you to sleep. ![]() |
