The other night I awoke to a strange sound and found myself in the mind awake body asleep state. I could feel the vibes. As I brought my awareness to the vibrations, I sense they were actually twin vibrations: A stronger vibration intertwined with a weaker vibrations. Overall, they were not the quality (Strength) I would need to project so I fell asleep.
Has anyone experienced the twin vibrations before? Any thoughts or ideas about them? Thanks, si |

I have, but not at the same time. The way I have interpreted them is that when you feel the 'buzzing' (hi F) vibes you are not synchronized with them, in other words your conscious awareness is just starting to change phase- then when you increase your vibration (for lack of a better term) you begin to synch with them and they appear slower, like a fast vertigo-like strobing. This is the state where you can launch, or after, when they actually stop, because you have already transitioned (or not).
If you were feeling both at the same time I'd interpret this as your conscious awareness not being completely in sync with your energy body, and you were bilocating in place, receiving input from more than one phase or focus or whatever you choose to call it. ps. The vibrations will vary and even cease as you become more experienced, you do not need them to project, although they are a great signpost to 'know when to try' an exit. The more you do it the more you will have to train your consciousness to recognize when you're ready regardless of vibes. Hard, I know. ps. I moved this since it doesn't have anything to do with Kundalini. |

In order for me to OBE, the vibes need to be fast, hard and loud! I always thought the slow ruddy vibes were of low quality, while the faster vibes were of purer quality.
Anyway, these vibes were not that strong (which may be likened to your sync comment) but I did discern they had two distinct parts. Maybe what I was experiencing was the up wave and the down wave (two parts). The strange thing was that one side was strong and the other weak. My overall impression was that I had not stored enough vital energy (Kundalini, chi, prana, pickle juice, etc.). |

Just Googling the wiki for 'wave mechanics' and finding some interesting physics information related to this seemingly meta-physical phenomena:
Interestingly, both 'synching' and 'phasing' are commonly used terms. Perhaps I experienced a "phase offset modulation" which most closely resembles this dual vibration feeling I had: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phase_offset_modulation others: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phase_synchronization http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sine_wave http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wave_mechanics si |
