Last night I attempted to project. I laid down on my back and began to relax. At first I tried doing some chakra stimulation, but decided to skip it and just go on with relaxation. I managed to relax all of my mussels quite easily, and then I just let my mind go free. I didn't really try to clear my mind, all I did was keep myself from focusing on any particular thought. I just allowed them to pass, but payed no attention to them. After a while I had completely lost sense of where I was laying down, I felt very warm and cozy, and hypnotic imagery began to settle in. I remember that it felt exactly like real-time vision, as it went on and off in different intensities, and a couple of times it was like I could fully see all around me. The reason I don't think it was real-time vision is because I wasn't seeing what was right in front of me, but I was seeing the TV in the room I was in, which was behind me (and I was laying on my back). Also, I felt as if I was sitting in a chair in front of the TV (however this was just a feeling), and the TV was on (it wasn't during that time). Just prior to the projection attempt I had been playing video games on that TV, so that could be why I saw the TV behind my eyes, and why it was on. The next thing that happened is what really excited me. I began to feel like I was rocking back and forth (this started happening around the same time I started regaining my sense of where I was, and after the hypnotic imagery). I kind of felt like being in one of those massage chairs, turned on low. The first thing I thought was, "I'm having vibrations!", and right then the feeling began to subside and I slowly fell out of the deep trance. Afterwards I tried to figure out what exactly the "vibrations" were, and now I think that they weren't vibrations, but rather I had transitioned into my etheric body or real-time double, which created the feeling of rocking back and forth out of my original position.
I had attempted to induce vibrations once I started feeling the sensation, but unfortunately was to excited and fell out of my trance. What I want to know is, what had caused that sensation? Also, what does everyone think about the hypnotic imagery I experienced? Could I have been out of body, or was it just what I suspected? Thanks. |

You didn't need to induce the vibrations because you had been 'in them' already. The way I have analyzed it, if your vibrations are of the buzzing variety, you're starting to 'tune into' the astral, if they're the slower rocking-swaying type, you're probably more 'in sync' with them. If emotion makes you fall out of trance, you can get back into trance (unless it's late in the morning and you have to get up) and try again. And yes, you were probably having 360 vision, a symptom of having been 'out'. |

also: vibrations come in many packages... soft rocking to very very intense (feels like yer teeth gonna pop out)... and many different levels in between... alot of times you don't even know they are there until you 'think' about them, and, of course they are there. verying intensities...
p.s. I only notice my tv when it is on... |
