As some of you might recall I started doing exercises which put me in touch with my higher self and gave me drastic energy rushes where I felt like I was being sucked under by an ocean wave.

A few weeks ago I felt something tapping (hard!) on my crown chakra- like it was trying to crack through a particularly tough egg.

A few hours ago I got the sensation of being lost in an ocean- I was trying to make it across and thought "I'll never make it," when two creatures grabbed me.

I never saw the main one, it grabbed ahold of me and began digging through the top of my head @ my crown down into my heart chakra.

The second creature looked to me like a floating eye. It was green. I got a good look at it due to my training my astral vision. It came around to the front of my face to watch me while the other thing was doing it's operation. I waved to it.

I tried to hang on for as long as I could because this was a very intense operation energy wise. Drastic.

Then, the astral surgeon started to pull through my chakras, pulling hard, starting from the root. It pulled through my root and second chakra. I felt my lower body going numb as it pulled up through each chakra. I heard it make a noise, it gasped, the noise startled me, and I came out of it.

Then I was trying to decide if I wanted to go back in or not because I could feel both presences were still there ready to continue. I decided I would brave up and go back under operation, even though I have no idea who's hands I'm in or what they're doing to me exactly.

I was drifting off and almost there, when both my phones began to ring at the same time. I wasn't sure what to make of this, as the timing was clearly on cue. Either something was trying to save me, or hinder me.

I don't know who's doing this work. But, since it was something I triggered off by own my energy exercises I'm feeling like I should go with it - maybe. I think it's making me feel better- but it's hard to tell because they didn't get to finish. But I do know I don't feel any worse.

Can anyone tell me what is your feeling on this situation?

Caution is my advice - those who mean us well would surely ask or inform rather than just initiate something that sounds rather like an attack.

If it was me, I'd make the strongest shield I can, then go back to that state of mind & ask them who they are & what they're doing. there is danger in assuming that, because you don't feel immediate negative results, that something must therefore be good for you - sometimes bad things don't come along till well after the event.

It may just be your choice of words but something about this makes me very cautious.

What were the phones ringing for? Was there anyone there?

I will take that under advisment. When I went back under (after I attended to my phones. It turned out only to be telephone solicitors trying to sell me stuff.) I made a shield and tried to get back, but by that time they were gone.

I should add, that in my personal readings for myself I keep seeing that I will be going under some kind of transformation, or coming into a greater understanding and my eyes will be opened or something major. So I'm thinking that this might part of that.

I've certainly read about such experiences. I've had the crown tapping experience, without being asked, but at the same time I seemed to get a message as if a being were impatient for me to "wake up." Do higher energy beings get impatient? Do they gasp for that matter?

I'd go with your intuition on this one. Maybe you can speak to them and ascertain what they're up to, should it happen again. It would be a shame if fear hindered your progress to the next stage but it would be quite a shame too if you were being messed with so that you are hindered.

It's just as possible that negative forces caused the phonecalls, of course. This isn't helping any is it? Never ask a libran for advice!

As for water, Kurt Leland talks about witnessing facilitators (spiritual beings) pulling a lucid dreamer out of water, which is how he interpreted the energy field through which dreamers travel and which borders the Afterdeath zone ("The Unanswered Question"). There are spiritual beings working to help us grow.

Two phones ringing simultaneously to interrupt a psychic experience? This is not only spooky, it reminds of me stuff like in the Matrix

I'm a fan of minute intereventions in our lives. I mean, if there was some "entity" wanting to distract you, it is much easier to get into the mind of the telephone spammers to skip some numbers and call yours, rather than create a figure out of nowhere to warn you. The first is more... subtle.

However as I want to beleive in such "conspiracy" stuff, we should also examine the possibility that the phones ringing were just a coincidence. (I'm being the skeptic now, wow, is this how it feels? )

Could you please tell us a bit more about your phones? First of all, was it a mobile or not? Do you have spammers a lot? Has it ever happened again in your life that two phones ring at the same time and it's spam?

To be honest, I have 2 mobiles and 2 hard lines but I always get spam in one line at a time! But this is Greece, we don't get *that* much phone spam.

Well, all in all this is quite interesting. I trully hope that this energy work is for your benefit and I wish you the best!

I could be wrong, but I interpreted CFT as meaning that Leyla (rather than spirits) could have been the one influencing the telemarketers to call at that particular time.

Yes, lol, in a subconscious way, but I didn't mean influencing the telemarketers (I would think that would take some intent) I meant that she could have affected the equipment to get her to receive the calls that were randomly being directed somewhere else. Some sort of 'telekinetic short circuit', produced by her alarmed aura. Sort of.

Something I wrote on this board apparently, they knew I had written. I could feel it as soon as they shifted here. I was testing them to see if they were negs or guides or what.

This time I tried to stay awake and lucid for the whole thing not wanting to slip into the astral. They went digging through my chakras again, and my solar plexus started physically jumping.

Also, they did something to the inside of my nose at the bridge. Even now I keep rubbing my nose and sniffling.

So, what is your impression? Beneficial or malicious?

I know that the nose bridge is very important in energy work, BTW, and prone to blocking up as it is a bottleneck. Sniffing is not uncommon. After cleaning up the sinuses I often have to sniff a lot, it's for me part of detoxifying it.

How is your energy body the next day after this (not the same, detoxifying can make you feel miserable on the same day, even like hangover)?

If this is truly to your benefit, you can actually revoke permission. Or ask your Higher Self for protection. Or ask your Higher Self or guides for an explanation. Or try finding out with oracle cards what this is about. Anything you can gain access to.

Dude, I was asking for an explanation and they were going to give me one, they turned my head in the position to speak into my left ear but I freeeeeaked out and decided not to go under. I just couldn't deal. I let them do their thing (or as much as they could do) without me shifting into the astral.

You have no idea how effing creepy it is (then again maybe you do) to hear something whisper in you ear, with no warm puff of breath, and no sensation of the little hairs being moved, it drives in the point that whatever is talking to you, it's NOT HUMAN.

I'm working to get over this. But it's just hard. They usually have to hold me down to talk to me, and when they pull away I come flying up off the bed or couch going "GAAAH!"
