What the heck are these things?

I'll be talking to someone, and we'll get to a part of the conversation, where I've triggered a thought or opinion, and I will see them release what looks to be like a little round clear-ish orb, the size of a pinkie tip, out of their aura. It seems to happen when I hit upon a point without knowing.

Seeing one is often followed by "Funny you should mention that, because..." [Insert personal story here.]

I have also seen my cat release these from her aura, like, when she's right about to pounce on something. Or take a swat at my ankle.

I've quite a number of photos both of myself & others, with orbs around them, including some heart-shaped ones - they seem to manifest when people are happy & having fun, especially at children's parties or at the ice rink, in my experience. So you think we actually release them ourselves, & they're not spirits/ entities or anything like that? Very interesting!! I can't see them "live" like you, unfortunately - only in the photos afterwards.

What do you mean - when you hit a point? Find something out about them of importance?

I just know that thoughts on an energetic level can be very discrete, orbish items. It is a question of which level of perception you look at them.

From the description I'm wondering if what you're seeing is the energetic counterpart to the way the brain "lights up" in the instant between having a thought and voicing or acting on it...?

Brings to mind a random memory from when I was in school. Was walking and chatting with a friend, suddenly she went "STOP!" and we did. Half a second later a full milk carton went whizzing past us, hurled by someone that wasn't in her line of (physical) vision. Her doing that surprised both of us; she was like "I... couldn't have actually seen that coming... could I?" Heh. So maybe if you're energetically sensitive enough, peoples' energy telegraphs what they're about to say or do? Hm.

...Now I'm imagining someone using this knowledge to develop ninja-like reflexes. And really frustrate the hell out of their cat.

As a small aside, I remember reading in a story somewhere a theory about the nature of thought (perhaps more specifically, problem-solving) being like six matchsticks... usually it's linear

(How am I going to get on work on Monday? The freeway's completely shut down... it's going to take me HOURS to get to work... Oh God this is so stressful... but I can't stop thinking about it... now my stomach hurts... I don't feel well enough to go to work on Monday... and not like I could because the freeway's shut down anyways....)

But the real moments of genius and inspiration come when we are able to arrange our little mental I/O's into this pattern

into a dynamic explosion, reaching out into all directions.

Maybe it's like the aural equivalent too of like an energy spike of some kind, when one of those AHA kinds of moments happens and the energy of thought lines up thusly.

I have seen the energy of intention come off an aura and it moves more wafting and tendril-like, with a rhythmic pulse... usually a different color from the base aura (and the color reflects the nearest frequency of that intention; higher intentions being more purple colored). It sounds like thoughts emit from the aura in a more cohesive way.

I have a question for you. I'd like you to use your astral sight on passing vehicles and see if you can see the white orbish patch above and behind moving vehicles that I see and tell me if you see them too. In order to see these, I look in a single place they will pass through and focus infinitely beyond it. They appear every time. I have no clue what they are, but they seem like some kind of reality refraction to me, not an entity.

I only ask out of pure curiosity and because I'm not comfortable with asking my local peers. Thank you in advance.
