I have been practicing mediation with a yantra image for a few days. This morning I felt a powerful sensation emulated through the crown with a speeding sound (like a spinning wheel sound?). Then, a square shape window appears with very clear bright views of different places (like a tv). It was like a camera traveling through the sky and it continue for a while. hehe then I thought of the akashic record, and familiar views appear (zooming through white mountains). Didn’t get there and the window closed (felt like a car ran outta battery ) Then saw a color mandala appear and AP around to different places and was still able to fly freely. Everything felt like a long time but the physical time was less than 10 min

Are there different types of remote viewing? I'm not sure if this remote viewing. What does it sound like?

Sounds like phasing to me (which is another term for remote viewing, but without the control/target). It's not so much that there are different types of phasing (or rv, if you like the term) but that some people have different types of OBEs, which run the gamut from clairvoyance (which is where phasing and rving come in) to a full separate-from-the body experience. For more complete definitions of all there terms, check out the AD-pedia, which is on my sig.
ps. The sounds are also typical of OBE, which you can find described in the AD pedia under the 'early experience' subtopic, and in the forum topic "My First Conscious Projection", in the OBE forum.

Thanks CFT. I wasn't sure where to put this post. I've been remembering a lot of dreams lately, guess that’s why I decided to put it under dreams =)
I haven't have much success with conscious projection at will, just have an idea of the physical/mental condition I need throughout the day to achieve some kind of projection the night. I've had full separate-from-the body experiences before but that’s when I didn’t know anything about obe, even went to see psychiatrist for different opinions
Still doing NEW quiet a bit, may be going somewhere

Don't worry about it- I haven't figured out how to do it either without doing a lot of hoop-jumping .
