Default ?'s about lucid dreaming, spinning, energy body, projection
I had some lucid dreams this morning. I have only had 2 that I can remember since I was a kid. Anyway, somehow, I knew that I had to "spin" to keep it going. I have never "spun" before that I can remember. I did spin 3 times during the course of my dreaming (which was effortless). During (or right near the end of the spin), I felt like I (energy body?) was raising up. I THOUGHT to "go with the flow" and to "relax." I then felt like I was floating gently back down. It felt great. That happened twice. The 3rd time I spun, when I came back down, I had the perception that I was sliding off the bed (or forward) and not really connecting back with me.

BTW, when I came back from the spins, I pretty much went to another scene.

My questions are...

Is it possible to leave your body through lucid dreaming?

Or, is that just how spinning feels????

If it is possible to leave your body through a lucid dream, how do you do it?

Sorry, I wasn't sure where to post this, so I did so in 2 places.

TIA for any info. : )

Hi, howdihi, long time no see. (Or no read?)
Yes, lucid dreams are some of the ways to go OBE.
Spinning is considered to be a legitimate way to OBE, although it has never worked for me (I just spun until I completely lost control and just kept going forever and then woke up.) I'm glad it worked for you.
The tech I use when I become lucid and want to go out, is to ask to 'go back' to my body (and leave the dream awareness) and then do an exit technique when my body awareness comes back. However, if spinning works for you, then do what works.
Cheers, CF.
