Hi there,
It's me and my usual problems again I've done a quick trip(like 4 or 5 days) to the city where I was conceived. Well, there I had like 2 or 3 chances to OBE(which was actually a surprise since the experiences here in my house seen to have stopped :/). Well, the problem is actually leaving the body, I feel(and hear :P) the vibrations and will myself out, my arms or legs start to float, I insist in willing myself out but the arms/legs stay there and after some time they start going down again and the vibrations start to fade until it ends and I'm completely awake again. Any ideas on what could be happening? Thanks in advance, Bye. |

I recognize the problem above, also I've once managed to actually leave the body behind. What I think is the key factor here is that you aren't relaxed enough, mentally. I kept my mind quite all the way up until I could actually feel myself take off, at that time, I couldn't hold back the excitement... :roll: When I tried to just 'let it happen', the vibrations fade out pretty quickly :/ About MAP, no (sadly) need to save some money and buy it Bye. |

Hello
Well it seems you have the problem i sometimes have when doing conciouse obe from the fully awake state, basically you need to tense and relax your muscles for longer, like spend 10-15 minutes tenseing and releaseing ur muscle groups, start from your feet upwards, i find when i dont do this and spend enough time on it and raising energy i dont obe or even get close, i just meditate, so spend time doing this and soon ull be up and about having some great adventures my friend goodluck! Thanks Joel |

Are you using any exit methods? Hmm, I'm not sure if I understood what you asked last... I stay there and meditate, at some time I 'about lose consciousness' and get back to a conscious state, then I start to imagine something(this step seem to be important), like running from something or following something in a fast way. When the images fade(the 'daydream' cease) I find myself with the vibrations. Then I will myself out of body, my body or legs start to float and than what I said happens :/ Bye. |

It's possible that what you're perceiving are not pre-exit sensations (which is why rope and other things are not working) but return sensations prior to waking. From what I'm reading it sounds like you're clicking out and missing the exit and then 'coming' to, and what you're interpreting as exit sensations are reentry sensations.
I'm getting this from the description you gave: at some time I 'about lose consciousness' and get back to a conscious state, then I start to imagine something(this step seem to be important), like running from something or following something in a fast way. When the images fade(the 'daydream' cease) I find myself with the vibrations. Then I will myself out of body, my body or legs start to float and than what I said happens :/ Sometimes return sensations are the same as exit sensations. Is there something you can change about your routine, such as the time you do it, to keep you from losing consciousness? |

@CFTraveler:
Hmm, not sure, it looks like a pre-exit, when I said 'lose consciousness', I meant that I would actually daydream something or get emptiness and after some time realize and get back. But that could be it too.. I could try at other times, but I don't think there would be changes, I had experiences at night and afternoon. But in case it's a returning, any idea on how to go back? @russmi3: Hehe, hope to get better with practice. But sadly my experiences are quite 'random' so it's hard to do heavy practice upon it Thanks, Bye. |
