I did around 2-3 hours yesterday at the swimming pool. The main focus was to relax-massage all muscle groups to encourage physical healing. The other aim was to help get me relaxed to prevent insomnia. I also did it to help build up the durable peace which I once had at a good level. It induced mental projection and a semi obe projection. What was responsible for this to happen is relaxation in itself.

Spontaneously this morning I projected as a flat screen consciousness taking astral screen shots around the bedroom. Eventually I became aware of neg engineering on my etheric body. I asked for archangel Michael support. It didn't work. Who cares if it didn't work. It counts trying. Everything counts trying.

Somewhere in the length of the mental projection I viewed English astral grafetee in my bedroom. I concentrated on it and tried to find out what it means. I caught the first word. Smoke the second word is "it" or "pot" im unsure.

"Smoke pot"

It's a shame for this neg because I stopped smoking this stuff for a long, long time. It is, it's strength. Taking that away makes it it's weakness.


The random screens shots of the bedroom was continuouslly being done. So I stopped it and holded the position of a screen shot. By holding the shift in awareness. The shift in awareness caused the astral reflex to naturally occur. The projection was getting generated which caused energy flow in my energy body. The neg started to make this humping sound. I can identify it as the neg assault or the neg struggling. This sound is what woke me up from mild audio astral shock.

Im not going to get cocky with this experience, I still don't know what im up against and I don't know how affective the next energy raising season will be. It could of been a fluke.

The neg needed backup for the next night. I found myself much weaker this time. I was a astral rag gently being moved away from my physical body. While the other neg was doing etheric body operations. This was a low powered obe which I can't recall much information.
