Hello everyone I am new here. My name is Michael and i'm 18, well when i was little like around 14 i was studying astral projection. I was fascinated with it and loved everything that I was hearing, well i tried to astral project for atleast 2 years and never suceeded so i gave up. Well today it finally happend, well i slept all day because it was my off day and i woke up at around 7:30 at night, i stayed up probably untill 1:00am and decided i would take a nap so my sleep schedule would not get thrown off, so i went to lay down and i had my eyes closed and i kept hearing this popping noise and then it sounded like someone was banging on a piece of tin, and i was like wtf? so i opened my eyes and i couldn't move at all, i was finally able to move my hand to wear it was sitting out in front of me (i was on my side and my hand was folded in front of me and laying on my neck) well i was kinda freaked out by what i saw next and that was my hand still laying on my neck and my hand laying out in front of me, i had three hands, well i was like a baby learning to walk again, i kept trying to push my self off the couch with my arms, and when i finally got up i saw me their sleeping and then i realized what was going on. I heard that if you let your mind wander durring astral projection you will get pulled back into your physical body well that didn't happen to me, it seemed like everytime i tried to talk or say something i got pulled back in, well this all happend 3 hours ago and i've been able to just lay down and go straight into the astral plane 5 times since then, and im not really getting any better at walking or anything in the astral i keep falling over or losing my balance as im walking it so strange. but im so proud of myself for finally dong this. Can anyone explain the non stop loud noises i was hearin in my experience?

I think you did exactly what you should have - stayed in the RTZ, many short projections, trying to get your bearings.

I wasn't able to do it again last night, but i also forgot to add that as i was entering the astral plane the other night i heard people like 4 or 5 whispering in my left ear just my left ear though which is weird because my left ear was up against the pillow and at this time i didn't know i was going into the astral, i actually thought they were spirits because they try to contact me here at home on a daily basis i guess for help. But can they contact me on the astral plane?
