Just some minutes ago I had another experience.
Woke up and was thinking if I would sleep again or get up, decided to sleep again after moving a bit.
Remembered that the state is awesome and started some visualization. A piece of paper, it got in my mind, didn't really have to think of anything. It seemed old and there was a number 9 there, in a strange way, it was like as if some yellow paint was covering it and it became normal again, and the paint again and so on... At this state your power of concentration is incredible, so I concentrated on the number to see what would happen. With my mind's eye peripherical sight I could see that other parts of the paper were getting weird too, and soon the paper looked like a tv turned to static. Then I noticed something, there seemed to be energy coming into my body, I made it flow back to where it was coming, and it did, since it was respecting me I thought "That might not be a kind of energy I can't handle, doesn't seem to be aggressive anyway", but it was a really 'jumpy' energy, it seemed like that "tv on static". Tried to make it stop inside but it wasn't of its nature, so I decided to do something else, keep it moving but not letting it go past my body. After some time.. it started, the vibration and sound started and I knew it was the same of the last time.
Tried to make the sound louder just to check... yeah that's the one.
Well, since I was at that state - I thought - better try it out, and Will myself out. it didn't work at the first time, then something happened. When I willed myself out for the second time: wow, my arms start floating...
I thought "Cool, now the rest." and the rest of the body seemed to float too, but I was wrong, it wasn't working. and everything was darkness and I couldn't see anything, I thought "$@#( I want to see the planes", and wanted to leave my body so if the darkness was still there, I could just Will light and it would come. I was thinking that I was outside, but couldn't really feel me outside, it was my imagination but I didn't realized it at this time and tried "Light!", and nothing happened. Tried again and.. could hear me saying it, but my voice was loud and serious, more than naturally.
Then I thought at the possibility of not being outside, and willed myself out again, and to my surprise my arms start to float again, so I realized that I was still stuck in my shell!
Tried to get my entire body out again, but no luck. Got angry and said "I want to go back to my body, and wake up!", no luck in the first time.
The second time I said it though, I could feel that I was at my physical body again. Again in paralisis, now I found a good method to get rid of it, move the extensions(feet/hands/arms/legs/there you are), moved my right feet then hands then I could shake my body and open my eyes, and now I'm here writing this
