Had a strange on last night.

I was in a dream to start but then became fully aware and started to try for an OBE. It was the same as the usuall process rolling out etc. but I was in my old house (dreamy) then I took off for the astral planes. I wanted to confirm I was in OBE and watch my hands melt but they did not and I stared at them on and off for a while. They did not melt. I was in full control. Strange. I think it was a lucid dream. What do you think?

similar thing happened to me last night,it all started like an Obe,with the vibrations and everything and I was fully aware of all things happening after that,but it was a dream..like having an Obe inside of a lucid dream..

Ya I clearly remember the getting out of body process and the experience and it was very vivid. I was completely aware of what was happening as I stuggled to get to the astral. That said there were dream like qualities throughout. I guess they can blend at times or perhaps we do not remember all events chronologically. And my hands did not melt. I always check that. [/i]

They can and do. I've noticed that my OBE's have become dreamier as I've gotten older, and they are the worst (in terms of control) when I'm not feeling well. It may be a matter of energy.
