Alright, first post -- Hello everyone!
I have very little trouble bringing myself to complete relaxation and the vibrations. Infact, I've noticed lately that as soon as I lay down, within, a couple minutes I can have my body feel as though it rocking back and forth. The problem I am having is that when the vibrations start (and they are very extreme) they only last for about 30 seconds. After this, they just slowly go away and I come to the state of complete mind awareness and focus. The problem is, that when I reach the stage after the vibrations I can move my body again. I don't think that I am having problems concentrating, as my focus doesn't shift away from my breathing when the vibrations occur. I haven't tried any exit techniques as of yet simply because the vibrations last for such a short time. Any hints or tips? |
