Default The appearance of the Astral planes
Has anyone seen them as described by Bruce? Are they the same for all? I saw something very similar but had read the book so may have imagined it into existence?

I believe Tempestinateapot saw them (closely resembling) what he described. I tend to use the 'vortex' method so I don't see them that way. But I have seen edges delineating places I'm in- kind of like a theater stage.

Please quote the description you refer to . He has written a lot about the Astral Planes . For example , I have seen the grid and the ley lines as he has described . I have seen the cobras on the heart and pelvis that allow the projector to link to an energy signature that he aptly described . etc.

Yes, I've seen the grid more than a few times, and from several different angles. Once, looking straight down, so the squares were square. Other times, it's been from an angle. It kind of reminds of the beginning of Star Wars, when you see the print getting smaller as it moves away from you. But, the grid wasn't moving, it just was angular and smaller the farther away that it was. I haven't seen the center lotus flowers that Robert described. The most amazing thing to me is not that I've seen the grid, but that I saw it before I ever heard about it. I remember thinking, "What's up with all the lines in space?" When I saw the back cover of AD, I was blown away. It looked just like that, even the color of the background.
