Hi there guys, sorry to bother you with one more question.
The question is, I get to a really relaxed state, not sure if it's deep physical relaxation, but well.. I try to retain full conciousness, like breath watching meditation, but it didn't seem to give much results, now when I daydream for some seconds(or at least I think it's some seconds), I come back to the watching state and I'm snoring. I don't know if I should just daydream or retain conciousness, while not forcing anything, my body sometimes tingle, but it disappear after some time. What am I doing wrong? or should I just persist in said state? Thanks for your time, Bye. |

Maybe you're trying too late in the day and you're too tired. If thats the case you should try earlier in the day so you won't fall asleep. You should also focus more on where you are placing your awareness. Just try to keep concentrated on what you are doing and there are great meditation techniques I have done to build my concentration. Just let me know if you want them.

I come back to the watching state and I'm snoring. This is a good thing. It means you've achieved the Mind Awake/Body Asleep stage. You're body is asleep, therefor the snoring, but your mind is awake and listening. This is the beginning of an OBE.
my body sometimes tingle This very well could be exit vibrations. They don't necessarily have to be really strong. This is another good sign. If you have reached Body Awake/Mind Asleep, then the tingles, start using an exit technique, like rope, rolling out, etc. Good job! You are really close! |

@kasufrehu: Actually I try it late in the night, not everytime I am too tired, but I can counter-react tiredness pretty well, I'm used to this
@netzgewebe: I also think intention is everything, but didn't realise I would need to use intention here(read reply to tempestinateapot), thanks for letting me know , and sure, I would like to know your meditation techniques. @Tempestinateapot: I thought so, so at this stage I must do some exit technique.. interesting, I thought it would be more natural, that's why I just stayed there and watched for something to happen. Thanks, and.. I'll try some techniques Bye. |
