I try and use the term strobe to specifically mean a high end chakra buildup and release of energy, as it is one of the phenomenon Bruce has documented (and these seem to happen rarely). Sigh- tis the downside of developing a decent spiritual lexicon. But third chakra energy or activation might indeed cause this. I notice a similar effect, though I think it's more common when I've been in trance (which often happens when I have my eyes closed).

Me too. When I started working on my brow chakra, I started strobing every evening when I lay down and turned off the lights. I also started getting headaches. I stopped doing it, and it stopped. Now I do it occassionally, making sure I work the rest of the chakras thoroughly, especially the base chakra.
