this happens sometimes when I am outside of my body. The pressure is intense and scary. Does any1 know what this is?

I too have experienced this pressure in the head, so much so that at the time it was physically painful. After I came back to full waking consciousness however, there was no aftermath of pain at all. It felt as if it had never happened.

I'm really not sure what it is. It could something to do with the creation of the energy double, which apparently has a higher vibration than our physical bodies. This creation of a subtler energy body may occasionally, somehow, impact the physical body in some way causing pain.

I'm sure this is a temporary thing however. Out of Body experiences and Astral Projection are largely positive experiences. Feelings of pain and discomfort are not largely reported during these experiences, but it can happen. I do not think these feelings of pain indicate a danger to our lives. Perhaps our bodies simply require a little "energy conditioning" of some sort, which repeated practice (and energy work) will bring.

He saids about 'third eye':
- On a physical level, many of these newly awakened adults start to feel pressure, strange sensations, or even headaches in the forehead and temple areas. These sensations in the forehead and temple areas may be followed by pressure or tinglings sensations on the top of the head and all over the head. These sensations indicate that the pineal gland has been activated and that the third eye chakra is opening.

I wonder if I feel strong pressure near a chakra, that it meant it was somehow activating, or becoming stronger.

yes, i was trying to get some energy to heal the head ache but it didnt do so well but now i dont care cause i know it mite be a good thing

Pressure in the energy body can come because of energy centres blockages . Pressure in the energy body can be felt as pressure in the physical body .

One way to clean out blockages is to move energy thru them . An ouroborous is an effective way to do that . For example in the head there are known energy centres at the third eye , crown , ears , throat , nose majorly and assorted minor ones . If you feel energy pain in the third eye send energy from the third eye to the back of the head and over the head into the third eye and repeat until the energy runs fast clean and clear . If you have difficulty moving the energy work from an area of strength . Most humans are strong in the palms . Place the palm over the third eye and push the energy into the head and through the back of the head . Alternatively place a palm at the third eye and at the back of the head too and move the energy back and forth to clear it .

Daily moving of energy from crown to feet or from feet to crown will prevent pain . NEW is excellent for this .
