My neighbor, who is in her 60s, and doesn't belive in all this nonsense,(she does belive in ghosts though), for years have been visiting her brother and mother. She knows this cause they tell her that she looks like a ghost when she visits. She has been sitting in her living room when her phone would ring. It would be a relative asking if she was allright cause they had just seen her walk through a wall. It bothers her cause she doesn't like her ghost part walking around without her permission.lol. Amazing how the mind works.

This is a quite common problem
it ocures often to people who have a weak "fluid" (dunno how to call it properly in english) around them.

This fluid is covering every human. It is a kind of a connection between the physic body and the astral body.

This "fluid" maybe be weaken in some cases...
Example: the one who's fluid is weaken a little might be traveling/projecting astraly spontaneously while sleeping very deeply.

But there are also people (like your neighbour is) who's fluid is that weak, that they travel/project while awake.

Your neighbour is projecting of herslf without any needed effort because she's got no barrier that would prevent her of doing that.

This problem can be cured. You should try to persuade to do so.
Your neighbour should start beliving such "nonsense" things and should understand her problem.

Like in any mental problem, to start healing the patient, this one should first of all realize the problem exist (in this case by believing in the "nonsense") and thus allow to be cured.

I suggested that it is a serious problem which should be solved somehow
and offered help in case itll be welcomed

it doesnt hurt as far as I know,
Anyway, the fact that someone's astral body is traveling or even projecting on its own, spontaneously, is no good.
But it is just one of the possible consequencies of weakened aura.
So what the lady needs is to make her aura stronger.
