Default BWGen presets and good practices?
We had a discussion on BWGen in this online community I hang around in, and talked about some presets and practices about using it for OBEing.

I personally like the Deep Bubble preset, but it hasn't done much for me. What presets do you people use, and what good tips do you have for me?

I use the 'long meditation' exit training. I don't have the 'Bubble' one. Do I have to buy it?

'Deep Bubble' is a downloadable preset indeed.

I have a weird set-up, since a friend of mine magically added his presets, while I still have an unregistered version. Kinda weird.

There is also SbaGen, which is free to download and use. I haven't tried it, and I'm not sure if it's any good.

-> BirdOfPrey,

I confess I do not use BWGen since day 61 of MAP. Personally I am not sure it is the key to have an OBE.

Antoll: I can testify that even though they might not be the key (you can do it without it and I have throughout most of my life), they are helpful, and especially the later ones in the list, the ones labeled 'exit training'. I have never listened to an 'exit training' preset and not projected within three days. It is true, I rarely use them, but when I do I always get results.

I wasn't going to use them solely for exit training, since I'm not well enough trained yet. However, I had good results in the past with BWGen(I had falling sensations with Deep Bubble once, and with other presets I had different results.).

Besides, some of these presets are fun to listen at(Deep Bubble is very relaxing) while meditating. Right now, I'm looking for a nice preset to use for energy work. I'll probably take a deep meditation one, meditate for about 10 ~15 minutes and then start doing energy work in my legs/arms.

Ok, I just spend 2 sessions using BWGen. I used the built-in Deep Meditation and Deep Bubble. I spend about 15 minutes on Deep Meditation and then gave up. My head started to tumble and I ended it.

About an hour later I tried Deep Bubble, but doing energy work with BWGen on seems impossible to me. I can't focus on my hands/feet.

I just sat back and relaxed, getting drowsy and I let my head rest in the pillow I placed in my neck. Worked great, I could sit completely still, and have support in my neck.

I think I must have dozed off deep, because at the 29 minutes barrier in Deep Bubble is a transition, and right at the moment of the transition, my left arm just swung around forcefully. It wasn't my astral arm, that's for sure...

Any ideas what could be causing this? Tension in my body? And how do I rid myself of it?
