I have in a roundabout way- I've phased into a higher plane, and after investigating, I've wished myself into my body (awareness), become aware of being in body, and then separated into the RTZ. It's worked a few times, but others I've ended up in the RTZ of somewhere else, or it has degenerated into a dream. Not simple and not guaranteed.
