I'm not sure if this is right place,anyway, two things have happend to me . Two times obe. And then something strange going on: Maybe 4 weeks ago, I woke up from a dream, and for few seconds I felt that something "landed" into me. Then 2 weeks after that, I woke up again and next to my bed I saw a character of a man. I was staring it few seconds and then really got up from bed. What do you think is going on?
I suspect that last one is I was staring at my astral body and it returned back to me OR then a spirit made a visit to my place and I got paralized. I was practicing astral project or astral travel by G and Yvonne Frost BEFORE I "run in to" Robert Bruce's material.....

I was thinking something like that. I had my first obe when I was 12 years old and second and third now fifteen years later.Those were spontaneous that I couldn't decied wether or not is it going to happen. I guess that is quite common and I could imagine that it doesn't take long to do it on conscious level.I'm now waiting MR.Bruce'S both books astral dynamics and mastering astral projection....Blessed be
