This is a silly question i suppose. I was under the impression from considerable reading and experience that you could pass though any physical substance without hinderance. Anyway not to long ago I projected quite energised and very conscious. One of the many things I was curious about was passing through earth. By that i mean soil about chest height (something like that). Well the moment I thought it ofcourse I was doing it. But to my surprise it was sluggish and slow and I only made it just past my waist when i decided to start pulling out again slowly like i was wading through water. It didnt scare me or anything just suprised me a bit. To the best of my knowledge I was completely objective about it. But I guess, perhaps, I wasn't? Any thoughts?

I have done it on a couple of occasions (not on purpose) and didn't like it- it did feel sluggish and unpleasant, and I immediately shot up. The only other time I did it it became a 'portal' experience to somewhere else. (In another post in this forum.)
I suspect we may have a subconscious dislike for doing that thanks to religion and postmortem practices. |

Hi Osiris ,
Earth hermetically is used to stop , slow down , protect and ground . You might be interested in learning about Hermetic Magick through Franz Bardon's Initiation into Hermetics .AS has begun a free course as peers here ; http://www.astralsociety.com/as/Forum/index.php/board,6 5.0.html If you want to go into Earth you need to lower your vibration and expel Air and Fire energy prior to projection .Fill with water and earth instead . The Totemic realm is interesting and so is a realm called middle earth . You can reach the lower magick realm , totemic and middle earth in chanting , with drums and with hermetic magick . However lowering the vibration even temporarily has risks . I suggest learning protection . I have toured the hells also which are lower still but I only go when invited by angels there in lessons . I shun the Hells . |

Well, to add to the confusion: When I go through wall I feel like 'butter', and the walls feel solid, however, I can feel the whole 'through', that is, on a concrete wall I can feel the little pebbles in it, and the limey smell, etc- even a sense of temp., but when I go through water, it feels like nothing- imagine going through a hologram- you see it in 3-D but it has no sensation whatsoever. That's how it has been for me. I wouldn't know it was there if I couldn't see it.

I find that I feel like there are 2 walls and I am in the space between them like drywall construction but there are no studs . Even when I enter double brick I just see the dark space . I used this technique to hide my lights when chased by negs . I was pulled out once by the back as the neg saw me coming around the corner . I found that if I stand in a doorway there is more protection and I could pause and get a breath and call the archangels for help . |

Thats what I find so fasinating, you can pass through solid brickwork with little or no problem but passing through a few feet of earth greatly slows you down. Also you experiense sights, sounds, and smells ect.. associated with each material. I find that even thrusting my hand through a wall I see and feel its contents. But a hand (or more) thrust into open ground all I experiense is a sluggish, thick feeling. Surely a 6 inches of masonary is denser than the same volume of compacted earth, and why dont i experiense the taste of mud or something. Although more experimentation is required I'll admit.

I recall RB mentioning in AD that water has a slowing effect due to the visibility problems, whereas passing through walls is illuminated. This has always confuddled me considering that both water and walls are made of the same "stuff" but there you go. Thats what I find so fascinating, you can pass through solid brickwork with little or no problem Franz Bardon wrote about sending EARTH energy out of self to stop or slow down an attacker . but passing through a few feet of earth greatly slows you down. Here is a brief synopsis of the Hermetic Elements FIRE....Hot...Bright.Light...Dry...Electric ..Orange:Yellows , Gold WATER.Cold.Dark..Heavy.Wet...Magnetic.Indigo:Blues ,Purples,Silver EARTH.Warm.Dim..Heavy.Damp.Electric..Red:Rose , Pink , Black,Ruby AIR.....Cool...Bright.Light..Moist..Magnetic.Green :Aqua , White, Emerald Also you experience sights, sounds, and smells ect.. associated with each material. I find that even thrusting my hand through a wall I see and feel its contents. There is a musical note for each colour but I don't associate a smell with an element that is interesting . Well perhaps a musky odor for Earth , And a salt and fish smell with the ocean . But what does Air smell like it seems neutral and carrying of other smells . I would like to know if others associate a smell . ?????? .Has anyone tried going through the sun? |
