Default Was this REAL?
Hey everybody,
I have been attempting OBE for about 3 1/2 weeks now, so my mind has become saturated with the thought of it. But something has left me confused...
I was dreaming, and then i suddenly become semi-lucid, like I didn't know I was dreaming, but I knew I was on my bed. Then I wanted to try to project. So I tried, and I felt all the exit symptoms (vibrations, lights, rushing sounds.. etc) and everything was still black. So from there, I THINK i opened my astral eyes, and the suddenly I was sitting upright on my bed. I was clearly in my room, but things were missing, and it was a lot larger. So was I into the astral realm? Or was this just a dream....
Let me know what you think, because it was cool either way.
Clayton

Sounds like an RTZ OB to me. Reality fluctuations are fairly common in these, especially if your energy is low.

i agree with CFTraveler. if you experience exit sensations then it was an OBE. its possible to fall asleep during the vibrational state and have dream about having an OBE but you will know afterwards.

It sounds like astral to me. I "woke up" one morning and my husband had a "friend" over while getting ready to go to work. the friend was very polite and they went off to work together. lol. That was my first clue it was actually astral because he would never do that. I also looked at my cell phone and it was yellow and not blue. That's when I said to myself I must be in astral. When I did wake up hubby was just waking up. He said they'd interviewed someone that he knew for a job opening at his work the day before. I had no previous knowledge of this.
