Hi,

I'm wondering if anybody else here has ever had an experience of traveling to/in/through someone else's soul?

I've had this experience twice now. This second time was with a different person, but a friend, just the same. I went to their soul, but I found that their soul was in their mind.

As I entered into my friend's soul/mind, it looked and felt as if I were INSIDE the center of a pyramid looking up into the point/top part.

When I did this, everything appeared like looking into a kaleidoscope, except it was moving in a vortex way...with so much energy vortexing to the top that I had to get out quickly or else I felt I would go insane.

Has anybody else ever had any experiences like this, or ... just an experience of traveling into someone else's soul?

This is the second time I have experienced this. The other person was several years ago and felt NOTHING like this second one I experienced...

so, I definitely think everybody's souls must be totally unique.

Anyway, just thought I would share and open up a topic that might spawn visitors....of course, in a good way.

Well...... I've not experienced things the same way you've described them, but I have traveled into another person before, actually several times.

What happens with me is I am unaware at first as to where I am, I am just viewing what 'they' are seeing. I feel their emotions and I hear their thoughts.

Every time I've done this particular type of traveling, it's been spontaneous. The first time I did it I was 9 years old, currently I'm 43. I've witnessed many different things as well, from love of another person (and of another race, which was very cool), to knowing about or being involved in a murder (which happened exactly as in my OBE) all the way to being killed.

Strange, unique and quite disturbing.

Fliesatnite, thanks for sharing a bit about the different perspective situations you found yourself in.

I have not experienced being in someone and then killed. That sounds frightening, but also...interesting. But I have experienced in a dream being killed, shot in the head by a gun from someone else. I remember feeling no pain whatsoever, but did see my body collapse on the floor. I don't remember what happened next.

If you feel like sharing more about that exact moment when you were killed, I'd be interested in hearing about it. Just curious what it felt like to you and if you remember much AFTER you died.

I think the specific experience of traveling into someone's SOUL is very different. What I mean by this is a more like a visiting inside a house and looking around inside of it rather than BEING (or experiencing you own self as their self).

I have experienced BEING someone else by being inside the soul, but this latest experience was more of my eyes looking inside of their soul...

sort of like going inside of a computer and looking at how all the chip/wires are working, but not neccessarily BEING those chip/wires.

It was strange! especially because I saw that this person'd soul was in their MIND!

I'm always trying to learn about the MIND. I want to understand exactly what it is.

I have never actually experienced what you describe, it's interesting though. The concepts of being able to see inside a soul.... is it colors or auras that you see? Do you see fields of energy? Do you hear the thoughts? I would be interested in hearing more of a detailed description, if you are up for sharing.

As far as one of my OBE's where I was killed, I don't mind sharing at all.
I haven't shared too many of them since most of them are quite graphic and as I said, usually end up occurring for some odd reason. When I do this type of travel, I usually 'pop' inside and I am aware that I am there, but I don't think the person is aware of me. Unless.... this might fall under another topic, but I've concidered if the person was aware of me, might it feel something like a feeling of dejavu`?

On to the OBE: **Warning it is Graphic**

I am inside of a man of approximately 35. He is in a business district. He is (I) am there with other men to steal something, we've broken into a business and we are ready to leave. This is something I do for a living. It's night and he's (I am) carrying a hand gun. I run outside of the building and into the night, the other men follow me.

It's been raining, I can smell the rain on the asphalt, it smells like wet dirt and fresh rain. It's a bit chilly, but refreshing. I hear gun shots from behind me and instantly realize there are other men waiting outside for us. A few of my men are shot and fall down behind me. I am shot in my right calf, it's burning and sharp, but I am still able to run. I see a corner of the building to my right I want to get around there to get some cover.

There are parked cars to my left in the street blocking my view of who is shooting at me. I am running toward the corner of the building where there is an alley. I hear an echo sound of a shotgun, and I feel the top part of my head blow off. I begin to fall down, and I see the asphalt coming closer to my face as I near the ground. I fall down and I can feel the pebbles and wetness on my face. I think to myself, I just had the top of my head blown off, why am I not dead? Then everything went completely black, as if someone turned the lights out. Then I (the real me) exited out of this man. I knew that he was dead, and I was there to witness the final moments of his life.

Why? I have no idea. What purpose did it serve? I have no clue. The only thing I can come up with is that I've experienced love, devotion, murder by proxy, and being murdered to name a few fo these particular types of OBE's. Maybe I'm supposed to feel all aspects of life, love, and death vicariously.. I really don't know for sure. The only thing I do know, is it's kind of weird.

Perhaps you are experiencing yourself in other lives. As in past lives or parallel lives. We are all part of a much larger soul and rarely get a view of things from that larger soul's perspective. Maybe you have an ability to do this.

I suppose some of them could be what you describe. Even though it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me right now. The strange part is I end up seeing these events on the news, usually within a day or up to 3 days later. Which would make it more of a 'real time' thing as opposed to a past life thing.

The past life theory I can wrap my brain around a little better, but the parallel lives thing is a bit beyond my comprehension. Maybe you can give an example of the theory involved and I can see if it fits?

Okay, yes I've read that particular theory as well, and I can wrap my mind around that possibility. I do understand the all time is now concept and the over soul as well.

The thing about these particular OBE's is that how can I be living a parallel life with another person who lives just 50 miles from me?

Recently I had a very brief OBE where I was 'floating' and watching emergency crews on the side of a local freeway. A woman had jumped from an SUV and killed herself. I even received the knowledge of this womans name. (which, by the way was an alias, she used her roommates name that evening and I picked up on that for whatever weird reason). The OBE occurred probably about the exact time it happened in reality. When I turned the morning news on that morning of my OBE there it was.

So, in using the above example.. would that be considered a parallel or ?? See that's the part that confuses me. How could, if parallels were in fact at play here, how could I be both of us? Or.... am I misunderstanding (which by the way is entirely possible!! )

In some cases of my OBE's I can say, well yes absolutely, that's a major possibility because I believe no two OBE"s are exactly the same. I think each one of them has unique qualities that we are to experience. YET....a precognition of a murder.. you don't think it's possible that I could have a tap into an alternate telephone line (for lack of a better description)?

You do bring some thought provoking ideas to the table, I'll have to mull them around for a bit to see if I can find an example in my journal that might best fit your description.

I actually think I get what you're talking about. =] If we are all connected then we can get bits and pieces of information from each other at different times, whether it's through meditation or OBE's. Very interesting concept.

Why do some people do this and others do not? Does it have something to do with being in tune with spirit? Or ??? Boy, am I just full of questions huh?
