Hello all again i think i did it today, i was practicng after i got home from school and listening to an astral projection cd while doing trance when i suddenly thought what it would be like to do a back flip, wierd huh? Then i feel like am actually flipping going round and round, i think if i am sleeping or imagining it and i feel a strong pulling in the belly area, and i am back lying in bed, without thinking to much i keep doing trance work to nothing happening after. What do you all think? neat huh? I feel like i may do better if i do the way i have heard of that you wake up about three hours before regular time and try a technique then, do you need to do any preparation work then? or just continue with the technique of your choosing, i have yet to see my body lying in front of me Insha Allah i will be able to soon.

thanks, are the mornings easier?, im Muslims so we have to do salah in the morning a bit about a sunrise ( about two three hours before waking what a cowinsidence) so im thinking this is something i can practice then, what do you think. og i dont really get rope, and have yet to find a tech. that really works for me, i like the steam tech thought, and the direct one i like also, is it better to stick to one?

Sounds like the morning would be good for you, especially after prayer. I have found that exit techs work for a while and then you have to change, so I alternate between rope, ladder, being pulled like by a boat, or just plain rolling off, and if I'm desperate, getting up and walking. It's amazing the times I've been surprised to float up instead of standing up.
