Default I think i did it! :)
Hello all again i think i did it today, i was practicng after i got home from school and listening to an astral projection cd while doing trance when i suddenly thought what it would be like to do a back flip, wierd huh? Then i feel like am actually flipping going round and round, i think if i am sleeping or imagining it and i feel a strong pulling in the belly area, and i am back lying in bed, without thinking to much i keep doing trance work to nothing happening after. What do you all think? neat huh? I feel like i may do better if i do the way i have heard of that you wake up about three hours before regular time and try a technique then, do you need to do any preparation work then? or just continue with the technique of your choosing, i have yet to see my body lying in front of me Insha Allah i will be able to soon.

I do the early morning technique, but if I'm awake enough I still do some energy work- from general sponging (if awake enough) or the full-body circuit (if not.)
It sounds to me like your energy body was loose, (hence the back flip) and with some exit technique you could have gotten out. Congrats!

thanks, are the mornings easier?, im Muslims so we have to do salah in the morning a bit about a sunrise ( about two three hours before waking what a cowinsidence) so im thinking this is something i can practice then, what do you think. og i dont really get rope, and have yet to find a tech. that really works for me, i like the steam tech thought, and the direct one i like also, is it better to stick to one?

Sounds like the morning would be good for you, especially after prayer. I have found that exit techs work for a while and then you have to change, so I alternate between rope, ladder, being pulled like by a boat, or just plain rolling off, and if I'm desperate, getting up and walking. It's amazing the times I've been surprised to float up instead of standing up.

I'm a religious person myself, although a different religion than you- but in my church we look at the similarities in religions and study them. It seems that society tends to separate people, so we try to look for similarities while still appreciating the differences.
