How do you see the aura exactly? i can't find any info on it and the books that are based on it are expensive (Â£15 upwards thats like $23)
any help will be great!

Has anyone had any success with these techniques?
Personally, the times I've viewed auras most vividly have been spontaneous and not based on an intention to do so.

Yes, when I was learning to see auras I went to http://www.chioshealing.com/ and it was very interesting. I must say it worked, with the odd symbols and all, but I'm not sure how. I'm guessing it had something to do with instinctual clairvoyance.
