I've attempted projection before, but not as thorough as AD explains. I never stretched muscular groups for relaxation etc. Although I did get some heavy sensations.
I was told to look for the vibrations, that I did feel, and they were, and are pretty forceful. I feel my whole body spinning, sort of. But, I didn't know how to actually project. Having read AD, I made a new attempt. This time i did a physical relaxation excercise. I hit a light trance state, as parts of my body felt warm, (my hands especially, they're always ice), and after a while I felt tremendous vibrations, and at this point, assuming I was ready to project, I tried to spin around in my room with my body awareness. Two things, I believe, prevented projection though. One is that I haven't practiced MBA so well. Two, is that, when I actually felt i was moving around in my room, I simultaneously felt my vibrations from my physical body, which ruined my concentration. It was more like moving vibrating body awareness, and my vibrations are insane... I'm going to practice deep physical relaxation and trance meditation more often...or, start in general actually. But are there any opinions or tips you can give me? I'd appreciate it. Fere |

Sounds like for the most part you have it under control, except that you might try a different exit technique other than spinning. It has never worked for me except to disorient me- even rolling off is more effective for me. Of course, we're all different... that's why there are so many different exit techniques.
