Hi,
Although I've been suffering from sleep paralysis, and other weird stuff during sleep, since I was a kid, only recently have I been able to project myself out of my body a few times. I have a problem though: I can't see anything. I've only been able to see a couple of times, and it was somewhat blurred! I sleep in a dark room yes, but when I look at the window, where some light is coming in, I can't see anything. Once I felt I got out of the room to the street, I couldn't see, but it felt like it, and with all the street lights I couldn't see anything! How can I overcome this problem? Thank you! |

Same problem here:
I'm still not able to project from the waking state, but I've had quite a lot of 'false awakenings' and project from them. Not a single time could I see properly. Either I see nothing or it's too blurred and feels like my eyes are really heavy. Sometimes I want so much to see that I enter a lucid dream instread of RTZ. Clarity now doesn't work for me, opening my eyes with my astral fingers doesn't help either. I think the problem of projecting from sleep it's that the brain chakras feel really asleep. The heart chakra is very awake though, and that explains why we can feel everything but see nothing. I'm planning to do the following some next time after a false awakening: - move my eyes rapidly as in REM sleep to awake the brain. - do a lot of energy work in my crown chakra and third eye chakra. Any progress with this issue please post and let others know, cos this is such a common problem! |

Sometimes if you use your fingers to pry open your nonphysical eyelids and clear out any etheric gunk that may be covering them it can improve your eyesight a lot.
http://saltcube.com/out-of-body/chat-fo ... ?t=eye-pry Also you can sense your surroundings without needing sight at all by asking yourself "what is here?" This uses an extra sense that is like a volumetric radar where you are aware of where things are without actually seeing them http://saltcube.com/out-of-body/chat-fo ... at-is-here |
