OK, I can see lots of people is writing their journals here, I used to had a journal but the spanish forum is almost dead so I hope you allow me to write my experience with the astral.
First I want to give a little background about my self and stuff.

I am a 29 years old woman, single living in Uruguay. Since I can remenber I have deja-vu and they where frequent compared to other people deja-vu. I also had my intuition very good specially since my teen (probably 14). I had a difficult life full of sickness but the other aspects where just great, my family spend tons of money on me without questions and althought I was a little unbeareble sometimes they help me and loved me lots My family belief system is Crhistian (Teologia de la liberacion, form Latin America, you know, Antony de Mello and the like), me was that until I was bored and quit, I just follow some of the bsaic principles and the "dont do others what you dont like for you"

So, although I always was attracted to the paranormal stuff (as also to scientific data in hope to find answer there for my intuition and deja-vu) and I sometimes wondered how would be to be psychic my adventure started just 2 month (aprox) before the so known September 11/2001. That event... I could felt that saomething BIG was gonna happen but had no idea how to express it, I knew it was gonna be on the news so I started to watch constantly the news, (and I am still doing it ) So, after the dramatic event finally occured (and ironically I lost it, I was in a damm class taking a test!) I felt so bad that I just forgot what happened to me. years passed and just perhaps 3 months before everything started again I had a clear precognition of countries being target of terrorism, I could predict specially the one in Spain exept for the place. From that time I started this travel, wich at first was a total nightmare for me.

Currently my situation is that I have Phasing all the time I go to sleep, I am trying to controll it and I think I did it but is really difficult. This phasing started like 2 years ago, right before the Tsunami of 2004, I could saw skulls and people all the nights and I could felt people desperation even on daytime, working, playing or doing everything. I can feel mostly disasters, terrorism (and the response for it) and catastrophies in general. For my personall life I only use my intuition and sometimes precog give me some tips (specially when I want to do something new, or by things )
6 months ago and with lots of insonmia due to stress and nervousness (I get very nervous when I feel someone is gonna die), I started meditation, I use an OSHO technique in wich you have to look darkness with your eyes opened. Probably in december or january I started to view a strange place, dark but with light and empty. After a misunderstanding wiith a neg entity (I suppose it was not bad at all, it was just doing what I ask it, to increase my visions about the future.. expept they where SO negative that I was getting depressed and in bad humor) after that, I started looking for forums and re entering the ones I alrady knew for help, so I found my stupidity with the entity I summoned and the only solution was to look for help, and so I started to call my guides, I aske them just to appear hooded because I did not want too see them directly yet. It took some time but they appered and after another "sometime" they finally told that entity to leave me alone and so it did (and I thought I was stuburn)
Recently I also met my Hiher Self but I cannot comunicate with it or guides thrugh thelepaty, I am using the yes/no questions system and they are pretty good to start. Guides are really helpfull but they dont seem to understand my double sense jokes! Few, I have to talk with lots of respect or else I can feel they dont like it .. even my HS dont like the jokes! Pfff, no matter, So, I will try to continue with this journal. I am also starting to use my HS to retrieve quality info about the future with questions. I dont knon if it is good to post the predictions? Please, I really wanna know what (specially) mods think about this. else, I am gonna place experience or other stuff I see in the astral form now on

Well, I like to write a lot, tell me if you dont understand me, sometimes I am a little complicated explaining things.

Thank you for posting Lucia. I for one am glad you are sharing your experiences. Yes, please, post your predictions! It's a good way to check yourself, 'look back' every once in a while.

ok, my only news for now is that I could saw guide 2 face partially, this guy was like a middle age man and I could saw white and blue energy (just like my HS), I ask HS if that kind of energy was really curative like I read everywhere and it told me that yes, and it seems they are helping me getting ride of my sicknesses (wich my homeopat doctor says they are mostly psicosomatic ones). Also I could felt the experience of the "love and protection warm" that several people describe, it was strange but awsome, and I could felt parts of my body that where damaged by surgery 14 years ago (some of my nerves are broken in my left part of back, not the big deal but if seomone touches me there I wont feel it )
OK, and for predictions, I thought I could establish a yes/no system to get gate dates but it seems humans can change that part So far I am trying to check the first stage of my prediction, if everything happen like HS told me then I will say it here, what is that? If I have a BIG precognition I have a vision or premonition for the next few days so I know I can trust what I saw, just a check.
And also, it seems that I am affecting people at work after all, I had a "situation" with my boss (he was right this one) but he talking to me on a polite way! I mean, he doesnt like me (I wonder if anyone likes him!) is a big progress, working on that
Hehe, also guides are tring to help me to OBE and I can feel them giving me energy but I cant, HS says I have fear (lots), working on this too

I only have one comment: If you have premonitions of something bad, remember that the future is a future of probabilities. If you post them, maybe (?) they can be prayed out of existence, but there is the possibillity that they can be feared into existence. I think the majority of people here are not scaredy-cats, so I wonder if it would be a good thing- but of course I am making assumptions here.

Hi, updating journal, first I must clarify something before I make more posts here (thanks CFTraveler for the suggestion

Well, ejem, I must say that in the lasts days I had been VERY busy, specially since Friday 24 march night and Saturday 25 march morning my astral experience changed completly. I could saw a beutifull WHITE light for a LONG time, I was not the only being able to see the light, my guides and several other people also saw it, not everyone could see it and I dont know the reason but this was awsome and It really change me a lot.

Now, I can saw the faces of my guides but they are made of energy, I can see the human face of guide 2 and the well, not so human face of guide 1. I also had the visit of Master Moyra of the first blue ray and he was with me a long time. I also saw his face at the end and had a long chat too (my guides always channeled the questions but in the end I could saw him saying yes and no!)

Also, I was told that my mission is to be a medium not a healer as I first thought, so, I dont know what happened in the last 3 days but now I can feel presence of spirits near me in the astral; and the company of my guides ALL the time, no matter if I am at my job, playing the PC or watching TV I can feel them and they chat with me, with yes/no questions (they dont use my knee now, they just use my face, I understand whos there depending on how I feel my face!) but now I am receiving "inspiration" ideas too so, is not a "normal" chat but is a begining, they told me that in time I will be able to chat with me just like any other alive person, my actual progress is just that I hear them calling me and I hear sometimes a chorus of angels.
Yesterday while trying to find info about Kundalini (because they rise my kundalini a lot and i did not know what to do with it) I watch a book I downloaded for free on a brazilian site someone mentioned here a long time ago, it had pictures so I was hoping they could tell me what thing I was able to do.... they nod a big "YES!" when I saw the "mediumship" section of the book they told me YES!, "obe" too but I am unable yet, I need more confidence and practice, I am doing AP currently very good not phasing (thats THEIR diagnostic) and also (and the creepiest and freakiest I considern , they dont agree with me ) is that I can do Automatic writing!!!!! I could not believe it, as still a sceptik renegade I asked if it was possible to do automatic writing using the PC keyboard, I dont have a Ouija because I consider it a bad idea so, they told me that yes! So, I did a try, I realx almost completly, I let them took control of my hands and arms (I have forbidden possesion to EVERY SPIRIT, any attemp of possesion and my white light shield is ready to kick some asses, not matter if those are THEIR asses, fortunately they told me that possesion was no more usefull, unless in this new development that is not nessesary. So, I placed my hands relaxed on the keyboard and they wrote their names on wordpad! YEP! then I could chat more, they gave me like a small version of the words (like the ones some poeple use normally in the internet, like "porque" (why in english) was "x" that is "por?" and all like that, for sleep they use "z" like "zzzzzz" it was VERY difficult but finally I understood the ideas, they send me like inspiration and the idea pop up in my mind almost instantly, it was almost like chatting on a chat room

Guide 1, from another planet, located near the Orion constalation, all the race already extint LONGGGG ago (thank Aunt Clair for the info):
WERWEO, she is a litlle shy but starting to be very friennly though she does not understand some human stuff and I have to explain lots of things (like for example, she considered unusefull eating candy! guys, eating candy RULZ!.. I am discussing this while writting like, "she says YES and I said NO and go on", is gonna be an eternal fighting!.. she said yes...)
She will be always at my left side from now on (they where always on the left side, they confrmed me thats no more from now on)

Guide 2, for antient India, son of a powerfull Raja, GAUMA! he was a poet and other stuff I have to discover, so far he loves painting and is using me to make incredibly photoshops firms (I had done partially 1 and is AWSOME!), youll see them here soon and in my firm, he lived like 2500 ago so he understand more about human nature, still I have to explain lots about human behabiour (he told me this by going to a book of Lobsang Rampa and moving my hand all the way in explorer to where the book was store, it was "el manto amarillo", dont know the nmae in english)

So, thats their names and origins, as for me.. they told me my previous life, at least where I use to lived, well, I wont post it for personal reasons Anyway, I dont understand why I have that guy as guide, I mean, he was so famous and wise WHY MEEEEE? still dont know. (ps: I am the firs to doubt this, but well, time will tell)

Also, they told me that they can use Internet to help people, if they see and interesting post (for them, not for me) they tell me to go there and read it, then they give me the answer for the problem if they can, they explained me that internet has energy, and as such it can be used to focus on the person just by looking on the name and what he/she wrote", Aunt Clair and other mediums already found that along ago, thats why they do readings online. They also told me that negs spirit can use people to write things and make other feel bad but they CANNOT HURT you through the computer (like I red somewhere), same for good spirits, period.
Well, that all for now, I could grab some info about 2012 shift from them and Moyra so I will make a specific post for that.

If mods or someone else has info about Kundalini (not assotiated with yoga please, I need more info than available by googling) and automatic writing with the keyboard please help me, its needed a LOT!

Hi, its me again, hem, as in real life, I memorized WRONGFULLY the name of guide 2, its a horrible mistake, but is one small proof that they are real, in my fantasies or imagination I NEVER forget the names of my charachters, NEVER, this time I got the name wrong, even now is difficult for me the real name is

GAUTAMA, my public appologize to my guide I am very sorry but as he know this happened on my work with my pals! (yep, I could not remember their names for a while, and only after 2 years of seeing some studets ALL the days I can remember only his/her name or last name, rarely the full name ) Well, I can describe him perfectly, for some reason I can see both guides now, this evening while working I started to feel strange, and after a while of things and feelings I cannot describe I could SAW THEM! yes, I can see them crystal clear, as they are explaining me now I am able to be in two places at the same time, I am now in my sanctuary, full of white light is like a temple and I can change it the way I like it (first it was a christian church very old and then as I did not like it and I change it to be like the the Partenon, dont ask, I like Saint Seiya, it seems my wish to be there tricked me and so now I have a Parthenon for me! ) This guide is like 25 years old, he is a Hindu guy, very cute and handsome is diffcult to talk to him because of that (I really like him, is very similar to the character of Skara, in the Stargate show, yeah, dont ask, this guy also like, no he LOVES the show, guide 1 also loves it.)

Sadly I cant see Werweo, they explained me that my brain is still processing the ET image of her, I only distinguish her shape and the aspect of the head but nothing more for now.

So, my day was VERY difficult, not only Had to work and hearn the noise of the library and students chatting, AND doing complicated indexing with geology abstracts I HAD TO HEAR THEM!!! All the time! I almost got MAD! .... Gautama is almost like me, Werweo is still lots of shy but well, we are understanding much better now So, thats it for now thanks for reading, now I can hear my guides all the time, is like having two friends all the time, strange but I like it a lot (yes, is like talking, I can talk to them too and move my astral body, not much, but I can move, its awsome)
