Then:

Go anywhere (Pentagon, Oval Office, Langley, Other countries' Intelligence agencies' HQs)
There you can listen to people, watch codes being typed, recite the exact words they used at some secret meeting, find blackmail material, regular intell etc etc.
A grid search to find Osama is not unthinkable.

All this requires a mere hours worth of OBE ability a day....

Question:

Does anyone realize the IMMENSE security implications of this?
A terrorist could not only stay ahead but learn things used to do great damage. He could BE inside Pres.Bush's bedroom as he wakes up and has his morning coffee.

Nop, from what I red everywhere neg attrackts neg, so if an evil person develops their third eye I suppose it will be like a light lamp for the mosquitoes (negs being mosquitoes), I can tell you, from experience I call 1 neg without noing t (well, I call "any" spirit) I can asure you that those spirits NEVER give exact info of what you want, they just play with you and is very difficult to get ride of them So, if I had difficulties (and I consider myself fairly good person) imagine bad people like terrorists or spys! No, I dont think they use this method, is more probably that terrorists will just spy with physical means and corrupt people.. and you now there is a lot of them.

ASK Bush about SPYING! He knows a lot of this together with his "daddy" and all the yanquee team (not the football, the gob of course)! theiy are number one in that

I believe RB wrote in AD that, although it is possible to travel to places, they may not be the actual places themselves, due to reality fluctuations. For example: it would be quite possible and very easy to immediately confirm the reality of the RTZ by visiting a stranger's house and informing them excactly where they were and what they were doing at a particular time and excactly how the house was furnished/what music was playing...etc. etc. The same go's for different planets...none of the projectors have ever told us that there is a whopping black hole in the centre of our galaxy.

I don't see this forthcoming.

This is probably why religions fear the occult. They will rise with their power and become one. We are more powerful and capable than anyone else. Many lack the knowledge and aren't calm enough to perform such actions. If anyone's ever seen Lost (TV show) You'd maybe think that the others could OBE, because they know everyone's names and what they've done etc. Well we're probably the effective spy but like luciauruguay said there can always be someone on the other side. If it ever works for me, I'll start off with what enoch was talking about It sounds very fun and i can totally freak out someone.

What I have read about OBEs and Remote Viewing makes me very sceptical about their existence. If someone could really do it there would be proof. I am not dissing those who say it may be possible, it may be, but I personally find the whole concept quite unrealistic.

Maybe Projectors are just dreaming so strongly that there is a temporary switch over from consciousness centered in the "awake" brain to consciousness centered in the "sleeping" brain. Since we mostly dream of real places or things and not kaliedescopes of light we may actually think we are in control of the sleeping state/awake and that would be true for us.

The mind can be fooled and sometimes it can fool itself. No one who has been brainwashed (by others or himself) ever admits to its truth. I think AP is just another form of mental activity which is rare enough to "seem" other worldly.

as for 'security implications' there is no real fear - large governments (esp. US, Russia) regularly employ psychics and other ESP specialists that work either on the defensive or offensive, in other words some are used to 'block' telepathic interference/attack while some are used to actually make attacks on the psychic level... it is said that the whole Cold War actually happened telepathically. A simple Google search will reveal more on this and how governments use remote viewing..

In my opinion, one can not successfully perform psychic tasks, so to speak, without removing inner blockages and strengthening ones inner, spiritual being. Cleansing oneself from inner conflicts, etc.
In that sense, evil thinking and impure feelings bind one to physical plane.
Nor do I believe governments could do any significant progress in employing such practices. For reasons not very different.
And, this is only my opinion.
