Here is a site, if anyone bought the mastering astral projection and listened to the brain frequencies for practice, is just like that but they say their frequencies will make you have a OBE almost everytime. They say you have to get used to the point where your consciouness shifts, I bought the cd tried it but i havent had an obe, I feel severtimes i was very close though, just info.

I bought that binaural, too, and it did not do anything by itself. You have to use it with a technique of some kind. It got on my nerves too much.

I haven't listened to this specific CD but I've been using binaural beat technologies for around 10 years now (the technology this CD uses), both presets and creating my own, and I've yet to have an OBE from listening to binaural beats alone.
BBs can help induce deeper trances, which can lead to OBEs, but they definately can't guarentee a projection.
The best use of them which I have found is using them to entrain brainwaves and hooking the states produced to triggers (visualisations, words etc) so I can achieve these states without using the BBs.
BBs are also most effective when combined with other relaxation, meditative techniques etc.

People might have different experiences, but on the whole, I've known very few people who project on demand through listening to just BBs.

I know this doesn't answer your question in regards to that CD, but i'd be very weary of any claims of guarenteed projection based upon such technology.

don't believe garunteed MP3 tracks, I've tried a few...and not much luck the best though was Boxed Nirvana, use with technique and I always get some response.

i have tried a few of those, they always made me feel extremely wierd but never anything happened.

But one night, i just though, why NOT use it and see if i can do it.

and i did just that I had my first successful astral projection and now i am too scared to carry on because it frightened me so much.
