Hi All,

some months ago, during a vacation, I read "Astral Dynamics" and imagined that once I am good at it I would visit a certain friend via the double. When I returned from the holydays this very friend told me I had indeed visited her in a dream. And not only that - I had interfered in her dream, saying her to pay attention to what happened in that dream (namely that she just merged with a dream personality), resulting her to become lucid in that dream.

I have no memory of this at all. Is there a way to "download" memories from the double afterwards or does this only work immediately when the double reenters the physical body?

Also, which body (real-time, astral, etc) would be the one that can enter someone else's dream and have a conversation?
