Hello,

Wow! What a great site and I must say I am very drawn to this type of thing.

Let me introduce myself. I am 30 years old and as far as I know I have never had an OBE nor do I know much about it. I have always been interested in aliens, UFO, and such but never really studied it to great length. I have also heard of OBE's but never really paid much attention until I recently heard Robert on Coast 2 Coast AM.

I have a ton of questions and am really kind of scared for the simple reason of what I might bring back. My job is to protect my precious children and I know that I have a clean house I have prayed in every room extensively as well as prayed over them to insure their safety. My Father in Law as well as his girlfriend can and have channeled the Pleadiens as well as had OBE and things of the sort. They live out of town and because of my fear of the subject I never really talked with them about it until recently.

I have read about 1/2 of Roberts’s tutorials, but I really want to get all the facts before I attempt my first OBE. I have been told that just like here on earth there are "spirits" that want your energy. How do I protect myself from them?

Where can I really get started? Also have any of you met in the astral plane? I mean can that be done?

Yes, you can meet in the astral plane.

You probably won't need to protect yourself too much, because attacks are rare, but you would use the same methods as you would on earth. Also, if you are ever scared you just can go back to your body immediately.

OBEing is perfectly safe in a direct sense. You are traveling in a shell, not an astral body, so if that is destroyed, no worries. I wouldn't go up to something yelling "bite me!" though.

The one thing you should remember about negs in the astral is not to pick a fight with 'em. If they run, for God's sake DO NOT FOLLOW THEM. Astral beings that look like rats are often more powerful than those which look much fiercer.

On a more comfoting note, the beings that would attack you in the astral are the same beings that would attack you in the physical via the etheric plane. The only difference is that you can see them. Thier main weapon is causing fear. If you don't feel fear then they are screwed.

Next question. And for now, an introduction of myself so that I don't seem too strangerly. My name is Sam and I am thirteen. Do not get me wrong because of my age, because you will find I am rather intelligent for my age, and I do hope that my writing reflects this. I cannot project at will, but I have studied the out of body experience intensively and am a born intuitive to add to that.
