I've managed to have a partial OBE accidentally when I used a technique I read in one of Robert Monroes about focus on moving the vibrations up and down or like Robert Bruces bouncing technique. I also found some success by having fun by imagining the roaring sound as rocket engines powering up for lift off. Thinking of the sound as the increasing the power of the engines actually increased the vibrations then my arms and legs popped out.

Imagining mt chakras as propellers did the same for me. I think it was the "gobble gobble" post.

Update, i failed trying to project, ran into very weak vibs, the went to sleep, i dont know what time it was, but i had a dream, when i realized it was a dream i started pulling the rope, instantly i felt as if i was floating,(with a tingley vibs) then i actually saw something, and i said to myself, "damnit i opened my eyes" and i stopp'd pulling the rope, then kinda blacked out. Few minutes later, i woke up and realized i never opened them, what do you guys think happend?

hey hey! Its great to hear your progress. Keep doing what your doing, its working thats for sure. I have had some of my best experiences after failing to project before bed. I will go deep and almost get there and then give up and fall asleep and just like you end up either having a lucid dream or a projection.

Here is something I did for a few days that worked really well until my mind figured it out and messed it up for me. If you have a bit of light in your room, enough to see stuff slightly, before you go to bed draw a C on your hand for consciousness and then go to bed. Every time you wake up check to see if it is there. If it is missing or is different you are projecting. This worked amazingly well the first night I did it. It keeps your mind of edge and when you start to dream or project you will stop yourself and check for the C which should make you lucid. Good luck.
