Hi everyone,

Let me explain....Last night after loads of energy work I had an idea.Several years ago I read Astral Dynamics and Rob spoke about the 'second death' experience (after physical death). So I managed to get out of my body last night and onto my bedroom floor in the RTZ.I then decided to draw energy and project out of my 'realtime' self (same exit method as I use in the physical) I heard another 'click' and I found myself in some area similar to monroes focus levels. With no time to explore I drew more energy and using my usual exit method I projected again, 'click' I found myself surrounded by silver and golden light (beautiful experience). With the same routine I did this again and this is where it got crazy.
I fragmented into what seemed a billion peices and merged into what looked like a rainbow ocean. I knew right then that pure energy is our true home and this experiance overwhelmed me, its hard to describe this.

I ask of you to try this, its truly amazing. It made me realise how much time I was wasting exploring the RTZ and astral planes, when you fragment and merge, its the ultimate thrill ride.
