with just a little energy work now I am getting the feeling that when I project, I will be like a rainbow all sparkily and colourful. It takes little to no effort to get this sensation, im bottling going further because well im just taking my time. This is unlike what my early projections felt like, i can only decribe them as being spectral, just like a ghost. So anyone else feel like a multicolored light being when they project or do trance/energy work.any feedback most welcome.

I've never felt like anything except when I go through walls (a favorite of mine), but a few times I've flown in what seemed like a multicolored tunnel. It was very exhilarating, and it seemed to give me speed.

It was very exhilarating, and it seemed to give me speed yeh i hear you. Im guessing that to project out of body in this state would be a rainbow level projection as mentioned in Astral Dynamics. Maybe not a good starting point. This is a new development i got after doing a higher self meditation from a book by Sanaya Roman. Opened up a new can of worms.
