Ok, I know that to project I have to feel the vibs, I once achieved it, but I don't remember how :S. I know that it is better ir I'm in a trance, and to get in a trance, I have to relax a lot, and make a falling down effect. Ok now, the question is, how do I get the vibrations? Do I have to do something to my chakras, or just relax and get in a trance, or what?
Thanks in advance |

The vibrations are not necessary for projection. I know people who have never felt the vibrations yet they are proficient projectors.
I would say don’t get hung up on the idea that the vibrations are needed, as that might be moving you away from the intention of projection itself. If you can move to a deep enough trance state to produce hypnogogic imagery, practice staying aware at that level and take it slowly deeper. This is a sure-fire way of going OBE. But it can take a lot of regular effort and work (it’s easier to just fall asleep ). |

Ok, thanks. Just, is the hypnogogic imagery a part during the trance in which you feel like you're asleep, or like you fall asleep for very little time and you can really FEEL and SEE things, and then get the concious again? At first you'll notice that you "click out" in this state a lot, this means you become unaware of your intentions, and generally get drawn into the imagery (And to sleep). Suddenly you might realise what is going on and break out of the imagery to a more awake state. The trick is to be aware, and watch the scenarios without getting drawn into them - also try not to get excited as this can break the state too. As you go deeper you'll either lose bodily awarness, experience very strange bodily sensations, or the imagery will take on a 3D quality. THese are all good signs of a deep trance. |
