Ok,
The facts. Ive read the books, ive studied many materials. I relax and lay there for a while.. I have never fallen asleep during a attempt. Actually i do not fall asleep well at all. I lay there motionless and such. Some times i have achieved a 3d clouds thingy.. I do not feel vibrations.. I can feel my heart beating through my body. Most of the time when i think i am close a completely dark room and i see dark when my eyes are closed.. it will light up white.. i try to hold there but most of the times my eyes will just open un willingly in a few mins and my attempt is ended. Any suggestions? |

ive had that happen to me a few times too, mostly for me it turns out to hypnagogic imagery or simply just patterns that can appear when your eyes are closed, the only real advice I can give you is to either try to ignore them or what worked for me was to use ROPE Robert's technique that gets you out of body fairly quickly, ROPE can be found on astraldynamics.com under tutorials. For me after a few conscious exits the imagery and patterns subsided when my mind realized I was trying to go out of body and it should'nt destract me

Hi Dimentox,
I've found that if you can feel your heart chakra at all, by focusing on this sensation you can get quite far quite quickly. It may not be that you will project the first time but its worth a try. The sensation naturally expands until your whole body vibrates with your heart chakra. The key here is not to let your attention focus elsewhere, but to keep it fixed on your heart chakra and the sensations from it. It's a good idea to apply a meditation technique with relaxation. If you are having trouble relaxing properly, try using music to help bring about the correct state. It sounds like you are doing well, so the thing to do is just to keep practicing. Warm Regards, Sasha |
