Yes they are linked, I personally m not sure how, something to do with the Akashic layer intercepting your dream state or something.

first, sorry for my "english", it's not my language.

i've tryed to experimentsome projection, so i did energy exercise before to sleep, but i never managed to do it.
but, in the night, i made a strange dream:


i was 18 at that time.

there's the dream:

i was in a car, driving a friend to my school, whith his grandfather on the seat behind me...
strange dream, because it wasnt really a friend to me, i talked with her only 2 or 3times in 4years..
and his grandfather and she, never met!

so i wake, up, think a litlle about this, and go to take my shower.
after, i go to school , without thinking to anything, and.. i see a car
i look who's driving, it's the grandfather.. hmm and instinctivly i look next to him, and what i see? HER! it wasn't his town, she never get to school in car, nice coincidence!

i continue to walk, with a large smile, thinking of what will happens now..
the car come back, and while i'm turning right, the car turns left...

i think "it wasn't so bad", but suddently, the car stop, move backward, turn right, stop next to me, the door opens, and the girl say me "hey , come with us, we are taking you to school this morning!"

there's the story.

i had many "dreams" like that after, and the most part realize less than 2 hours after my wakeup.

so there is my question: do you think those kind of premonitory dreams and astral projection / energy exercise are linked?
