I would imagine the closest you could get is possibly a EVP recording on tape? I don't know how you would be able to get a video recording... if anything I would imagine it would just cause static

I have never tried it but I figured it is a possibility that it may yield some results...give it a go if you are experimenting....post back if you get any results it would be very interesting to know whether it worked or not!

You could try the tape recorder as you said and make as much noise in the astral as you can and then listen back over the white noise on the tape and see if there are any traces on there.

Default Video Recording The Astral World....
don't know if this is possible or even been attempted - but would there be anyway to glimpse, or capture a video recording of the astral world?

A few tests that I'm planning to run is recording my physical body while projecting. watching the signs of the physical and closely take notes and examine more indepth whats happening on the outside.

Second test would be to record with a microphone audio recordings. Have the tape recorder or what ever device (compute) in another room so that you don't have any sounds. When you project to that room with the microphone, scream loud, throw things around, what ever it takes. Upon return to the physical goto the room and stop the recording. Back it up and listen.

I've been able to video record my physical body about 10yrs ago under a tense environment with the lights on in the room and the video recording. Took over 3 months to actualy produce the vibes, roll out of my body, knock a few things down, scream and then return. I was able to see the physical body jerk because of the vibrations and one of my arms rise in the air a bit and thats about it.
