I tend to notice my dream memory dramatically increases at the new moon. I also can seem to percieve energy and control my astral body more. It's a wonderful feeling...just wish it was all the time!

I've recently taken a renewed interest in astrology. I happen to be a cancer(Just celebrated my B-day yesterday). One thing I see in most of the literature is how The Moon is the planet that effects us cancers the most.
I've recently started to plot my emotions with relation to the phases of the moon. Its pretty amazing. Right now the moon is Waining.. meaning its going from full moon.. to new moon. or going from something to nothing. As this has been happening.. I have been soo down.. moody.. letting my emotions get the better of me.
When the moon was waxing.. It was much easier to remain content and happy during the waxing moon than the waining one. Once the full moon broke.. I had one day where I felt like there was a dull cloud over me. Like I wanted to be angry.
It seems to be a big thing for me right now. Undoubtedly a negative mind set could potentially affect projection attempts!

For me, my dreams are much clearer during a waxing moon.

During a waxing moon is when I tend to have most of my successess. A waining moon usually produces the least result. I tend to be battling more with my internal conflicts during this time... However.. now that I have been made aware of it.. it is a lil bit easier to deal with. I may have to repost about this later

It would make sense to me that after a certain point the affects would be limited. An experienced projector may not have as adverse of a side effect as soemone on the up and up.

I'd say someone that has had the kundalini rising up may be affected even less. But thats just a theory.

For a Cancerian with the Moon ruler that is a great
idea to pay attention to the phases of the moon

My natal moon is in Cancer which has inspired me
over the years to pay attention to what sign the
moon is in, as it changes every 2 1/2 days. It has
been my main interest in my astrological studies. The
reason is emotional mastery as a consideration, thus
being aware of where the placement of the moon
is greatly assists with emoting issues...

I am not interested in predictions, per se as in
horary astrology, yet the moon positions, aspects
& movements continue to fascinate & help me in
numerous ways...An example would be to avoid
certain argumentative people when the moon is in
Aries, which has Mars as it's ruler, & has possible
ramifications...It can be more difficult to get over
a disagreement that occurs during an Aries moon
& may require extra efforts afterwards.

Wed. in the states the Sun & Moon will be in Cancer,
which is a high cycle of sorts for a Cancerian, so may
it bring you much joy & peace, Argeroth! With Mars
& Jupiter both in square aspects to it, there could be
some tension for those with Cardinal sign charts....
Yet that is the beauty of astrology for me, it is a map
or guideline with open choices & probabilities all of the
way around~*~

Since tomorrow is a New Moon, which is a time to plan
& prepare, to image & ordain for manifestations in the
future, I wish much success in your projecting abilities!

Dear Argeroth,

Astrology is a funny thing too in that what causes problems for one person astrologically can bring balance for another. It may have to do with elemental makeup and how astrology and elements are related. Robert actually finds it easier to project on a full moon. But again, that may be due to his elemental makeup which is likely very different from yours.
