It took me about 1 and a half years of constantly getting sleeping paralysis about twice a month before i got enough courage to go with the flow

I say the more experience you get the better

Default I need to ride the roller coaster
I've realized a major problem - I hate the feeling of being sucked from my body at high speeds, which is usually what happens, and so I unconsciously resist it. It's the same fluttering-stomach sensation that makes me dislike amusement-park rides, downhill skiing, driving fast down a hill, going down in fast elevators, etc.

I recall Robert Bruce writing in Astral Dynamics that to get over this problem, you need to seek out opportunities to desensitize yourself. For instance, go to amusement parks at ride the roller coaster until it doesn't bother you anymore.

Bleh. I am not looking forward to this in the least. I'm sure that a lot of you are going, "Oh no, poor baby! You HAVE to go to the amusement park!"

If anyone else has tried this method of desensitization, let me know how it goes.
