i appear to possess some control within the climate, perhaps not complete owning control like storm from X-men but more like i say water and it starts raining or in a few minutes it starts, and if i need it to prevent it stops raining its actually odd, since i was only a little child i was unbelievably afraid of thunder storms and the more upset i got the worse it appeared to get, but back once again to the topic even today i needed it to thunderstorm since i was aggrivated at a group of individuals and they was carrying out a group exercise outside, as i saw them go outside i thought that it might be postponed, but then i noticed thunder , and today it's been partially dark. have some of you heard or experinced this.
