Which means this may be the 2nd time (but much more reasonably thought) that I've experienced suffering. Initially was throughout some kind of lucid dream I think, I was flying up, as if from the environment, backwards, and some flaming stone (asteroid) was flying up at me....I held my palm up to prevent it AND DID, but I felt the strain of the muscles taking with the effort....it was not precisely pain, or very small, like the muscles were actually going to over-do it, very fast/sharp feeling with a light ache...it was awful near to becoming an "ouch."..upon awakening I can still have the strange strain in my wrist (much less however), which was much more interesting...didn't look like I was palm impressive surfaces or putting on my wrist weird....not sure how that's possible... ?? This time nevertheless (not exactly 2 yrs after that first time) I thought real suffering that made me stay in the knowledge it wasn't somehow broken by but and make me say "WTF" out-loud. I tried to leap through a rock like wall through some bushes, not necessarily making notice of what the bushes were...apparently they certainly were rose bushes since my right hand got snagged on one...just one prick on my right hand, right below and somewhat to the right) of my center finger...I can see where it really slice the skin (but no body that I remember )...it thought just as if it'd happened...the sort of hot-scratchy sharp pain of a hole. There clearly was nothing experienced at all, as I went away I can still have the after-effect burny sensation...upon awakening in this knowledge. This isn't likely to traumatize me in the least...or prove a barrier for my methods, however it is fascinating...and I'm wondering at what level this kind of thing may be experienced and if any safeguards must certanly be taken for a far more grievous "harm?" Other people have this exp? Don't allow it to discourage anybody BTW, I realized I was predicting the entire time, and if such a thing the feeling was completely intriguing following the original OUCH... Whoa is all I will say....and no further flowers! if anybody has some possible religious insight in to this peculiar knowledge, by all means speak...I can't translate worth anything. - Brett
