well to begin with i wasnt actually trying to astral project..just trying to fall asleep and i was really exhausted cause it was like 1 each morning. well i was lying in my own bed and i hear this sound that i focused on and then i noticed these whooshing sounds and it became quite real. it was nearly like i was in another world. then i tried to maneuver my entire body towards the left and and my right ear started initially to almost hurt and place. i believe i got my right nature arm out since i remember waving it before my experience and i might see it through my closed eyelids but it seemed like a through camaflouged arm not necessarily like it have been described by anyone else. D then i got somewhat of frightened and i remember attempting to shout but i just got out such as for instance a whimper and it really was difficult to do that and then it ended and i woke up..sort of. Like it nearly didnt occur but I understand it did it really was difficult to consider after ward and felt. The only real evidence that I possibly could experience afterwards was that my right ear still hurt enjoy it was stll sprang. was this the start of an obe or some smudged desire?
